Ambati Rayudu
Ambati Rayudu has decided not to participate in the first season of the American Major League Cricket.

Following his June announcement of retirement from the IPL, CSK’s sister franchise Texas Super Kings signed Ambati Rayudu.

Ambati Rayudu, a former Indian batter, has withdrawn from the inaugural season of the United States Major League Cricket. After Rayudu announced his departure from the IPL in June, the team’s sister franchise, Texas Super Kings, signed him. This occurs while the BCCI is contemplating a cooling-off period in an effort to curb the “pre-determined” retirement of star Indian players.

Only Indian players who are no longer actively playing are permitted to participate in abroad leagues.

“Ambati Rayudu will not be available to participate in the first season of the MLC with Texas Super Kings due to personal reasons,” the team said in a statement.

From July 13th to the 30th, the United States will play host to Major League Cricket. Teams in the IPL are owned by franchisees, among which are KKR, CSK, and the Mumbai Indians.
