To begin the third T20I between India and New Zealand, BCCI President Sourav Ganguly will ring the bell at Eden Gardens in Mumbai.
He will be ringing the Eden Bell at Kolkata’s Eden Gardens on Sunday to start the third T20I match between India and New Zealand, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). Both Suryakumar Yadav and Rohit Sharma shined with the bat as India successfully chased down 165 to win the first Twenty20 International against New Zealand on Wednesday at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium. In the second of a three-match T20I series, India and New Zealand will meet in Ranchi on Friday and in Kolkata on Sunday.
In the first match, Martin Guptill and Mark Chapman each scored 70 and 63 as New Zealand posted a score of 164/6.
Ravichandran Ashwin and Bhuvneshwar Kumar each took two wickets for India in the second innings.
In the three-match series, India now has a 1-0 advantage, with the second game scheduled for Friday.
