Chennai Super Kings (CSK) captain MS Dhoni has shown his six-hitting talents in a short video to his franchise. IPL 2021: Training ahead of a 2021 resumption of the Indian Premier League (IPL). The former Indian skipper had to find the balls, some of which were missing.
Chennai Super Kings (CSK) began preparing for the tournament’s United Arab Emirates (UAE) leg with the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 Season scheduled to resume. When their campaign continues in September, the franchise intends to clinch its place in the playoffs and construct a winning streak. On Tuesday, the Chennai-based franchise brought a video of Captain MS Dhoni training to social media during a networking session. The CSK captain could easily be seen hitting many massive six and will hopefully continue this form throughout the competition. After this practice, Dhoni and several of his teammates could be seen trying to recover some of the balls from the bushes. CSK subtitled the video to Instagram, “Hit and Seek #WhistlePodu #Yellove @mahi7781.”
Due to an increase in COVID-19 instances in bio-secure bubbles, IPL 2021 was discontinued in mid-May. CSK was also found positive for the deadly virus in two high-profile cases, involving coaches Michael Hussey and Lakshmipathy Balaji.
CSK was in terrific shape, winning five matches and losing only two fixtures prior to the season. They were second on the table with Delhi Capitals (DC) at the top of the leaderboard.
Bangalore (RCB) Royal Challengers were in third place, followed by Mumbai Indians (MI).
On September 19 at the International Stadium in Dubai, the Dhoni-led side will resume its campaign against the defending MI champions. The inaugural match for IPL 2021 resume is also the mount between CSK and MI.
