Pakistan against Australia: Pat Cummins unleashes a hammer on the field in Karachi.

To help Cameron Green feel more at ease during Australia against Pakistan, Pat Cummins was spotted hitting the turf in Karachi with a hammer.

As I write this, the second Test between Australia and Pakistan is still going on. On the fourth day of the tournament, Australia skipper Pat Cummins made headlines when he attempted to alter the Karachi pitch. After 53 overs of the innings, Cameron Green had the ball in his grasp and was responsible for the mishap. The ground staff was stunned when Cummins used a hammer to level off the bowler’s landing place on the field, and the Australian captain’s effortless performance left them speechless. Using the claws of his hammer, Cummins tried to improve the landing space for Green.

Pakistan Cricket’s official Twitter account shared the video and captioned it: “So @patcummins30 is Thor?”

First-innings target of 506 has been set for Pakistan in the second Test at the National Stadium, Karachi. As of day four, Babar Azam and Abdullah Shafique were both undefeated on 102 and 71, and the hosts’ total was 192/2. a victory by Pakistan would give them a 1-0 lead in the three-match series with just 314 runs needed.

The Australian bowlers Nathan Lyon and Cameron Green each took a wicket on the fourth day of the match.

In the first Test between these two countries, the Rawalpindi pitch was highly scrutinized because the game was heavily skewed in favor of the batsmen. Both the pitch and the venue received one demerit point, according to the International Cricket Council (ICC).

A draw is never healthy for cricket, according to Pakistan Cricket Board president Ramiz Raja. Pat Cummins said that Pakistan created a flat surface in order to keep Australia’s pacers out of the game.
