Tilak Varma took a spectacular catch in the first Twenty20 International between India and West Indies to remove Johnson Charles from the game.

It was a remarkable debut for Tilak Varma as the teenager pulled off a superb catch to eliminate Johnson Charles during the opening T20I game between India and West Indies on Thursday. The ball soared high into the sky as Charles mishit a stroke against Kuldeep Yadav. Despite having a long way to run, Tilak, stationed at deep mid-wicket, made the catch look easy. Fans and specialists were taken aback by his effort, and his entire squad was proud of him.

Tilak Varma, a twenty-year-old hitter, made his India debut Thursday when the West Indies won the toss and elected to bat in the opening game of a five-game Twenty20 series.

India sent all three of their spinners, Axar Patel, Kuldeep Yadav, and Yuzvendra Chahal, to the Brian Lara Stadium for the match.

The visitors defeated the West Indies 2-1 in one-day internationals after winning the preceding two-Test series by a score of 1-0.
