The test series against New Zealand is missed by Jofra Archer

He was examined by a medical advisor

In January this year, he sustained an injury to his right elbow

Earlier this year, in January during the cleaning of his house, Jofra Archer sustained a cut to his hand and has not been recovered.

In the case of his right elbow soreness, the England pacer Jofra Archer has been examined by a medical specialist and on Friday the fast bowler is now under surgery. Archer was expected to visit the medical advisor to decide if his right elbow soreness was severe. “A medical specialist checked Jofra for his right elbow soreness. Tomorrow, he will begin surgery now, “Cricket tweeted in England. Just five overs were bowled by Archer, who returned to action for Sussex in the County Championship last week against Kent at Hove. He suffered discomfort when he was bowling in his right elbow and was therefore unable to bowl in the last two days of the series.

Sunday’s UK and the Wales Cricket Board (ECB) announced that Archer had been excluded from the next two-game New Zealand test series.

Earlier this year, while cleaning up at home in January, Archer had been cut off to his hand shortly before flying to India to prepare for the trial series.

During the tour, the ECB’s medical staff treated the injury and did not affect its availability. During the operation, a piece of glass was extracted in March to his middle finger on his right side.

Archer played two Tests against India and all five T20Is and was then deprived of the ODI series and the first half of the IPL.

England and New Zealand will lock horns in a two-game Test series that will take place on 2 June.
