Day 2 of the first Test between Australia and the West Indies in Perth ended with the West Indies on 74 without loss and Tagenarine Chanderpaul unbeaten on 47. This was in reaction to Australia’s massive first innings score of 598 for 4. Batting legend Shivnarine Chanderpaul, the former captain of the West Indies, is the father of Tagenarine.

Because his batting posture was practically an exact replica of his father’s, the left-handed hitter stunned the whole cricket community when he came out to bat.

Even the fans were perplexed when they realized that Shivnarine Chanderpaul’s son adopted his father’s peculiar batting posture.

Despite getting smacked in the body early in the innings, Tagenarine took on the Australian speed assault and hit four boundaries and a six.
