111 runs were totaled by Smriti Mandhana in the three-match T20I series against England. She rose two places as a result of the performance.

On the strength of her outstanding performance against England, star India opener Smriti Mandhana on Tuesday climbed to the seventh slot in ODIs and ascended to a career-high global number two ranking in T20Is in the most recent ICC Women’s Player Rankings. 111 runs were totaled by the left-handed hitter during the course of the three T20I series games against England. She rose two places as a result of the performance. After scoring 91 in the first ODI against England to win the match, Mandhana, a former top-ranked batter in ODIs, moved up three spots to number seven.

Following India’s seven-wicket victory in Hove on Saturday, other Indians such as captain Harmanpreet Kaur have advanced four spots to ninth in ODIs, all-rounder Deepti Sharma has climbed one spot to 32nd, while wicketkeeper Yastika Bhatia has advanced eight spaces to 37th.

Deepti moved up six spots to take 12th place on the list of bowlers.

Emma Lamb and Sophie Ecclestone, who represent England, are now ranked 64th and 72nd among hitters, respectively, while Charlie Dean has moved up to 86th place.

In the bowlers’ rankings, Dean has moved up four spots to 20th, while Kate Cross has climbed to the top 10 after taking two wickets with her seam bowling.

Kaur moved up one spot to rank 14th among hitters in the T20I rankings, Renuka Singh moved up three spots to rank 10th among bowlers, and spinner Radha Yadav moved up four spots to rank 14th among bowlers.

Sneha Rana and Pooja Vastrakar, two all-arounders, are tied for 41st place.

After scoring 115 runs in the T20I series, England’s Sophia Dunkley moved up 12 ranks to 32nd, while Alice Capsey has moved up to 20th among hitters.

Precious Marange (up 24 places to 34th among bowlers), Share Mayers (up 28 places to 39th among batters), and Mary-Anne Musonda (up 10 places to 50th among batters), all of Zimbabwe, who are participating in the current ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Qualifier in Abu Dhabi, has also advanced in the rankings.
