India dominated both of their pre-World Cup T20 matches.

Michael Vaughan is confident that India will win the T20 World Cup after being impressed by the country’s clinical performances.

A dominant India in the T20 World Cup warm-up matches has made them “hot favorites,” says ex-England captain Michael Vaughan, to win the title in the tournament. India won both of its warm-up games before the tournament’s Super 12 stages, including victories over England and Australia. Because of India’s impressive batting displays, Vaughan believes that the team led by Virat Kohli will win the T20 World Cup.

“The way India is playing the warm-up games suggests they may be now Hot favorites to win the #T20WorldCup,” Vaughan tweeted.

To prepare for the main event, India beat England by seven wickets in the first warm-up match on Monday and then defeated Australia by eight wickets the following day.

On October 24, the defending champions of the T20 World Cup will take on Pakistan in Dubai.
