IND vs ENG

India vs England: The fourth Test match between India and England will start from 4 March.

Prior to the upcoming fourth Test against England, Virat Kohli-led India made a piece in the nets on Sunday and were all seen getting hit in the middle. The official handle of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) tweeted photos from the training session and described the post as “#TeamIndia gearing up for the fourth and final Test against England for members”. In the current series, Rohit Sharma, Axar Patel and Ravichandran Ashwin have been standout performers and now in the fourth Test, Captain Kohli would like to come to the party and finish his century-drought.

Kohli last scored a century in the Day-Night Test against Bangladesh at the Eden Gardens in 2019.

If India manages to win or draw the final Test against England, the side will qualify for the final of the World Test Championship (WTC) and New Zealand will be favored at the summit.

On the other hand, England are now out of the final dispute with the WTC after losing the third Test against India.

India had managed to defeat England by ten wickets within two days in the pink ball test. In this match, both the India and England batsmen failed to shine and moved towards the balls which were not removed from the spinners.

But critics have attributed the pitch to the batsmen’s failure. India’s batsman Rohit Sharma made it clear that he did not think there was any devil on the pitch. Even captain Virat Kohli was vocal about the tremendous batting performance of the two teams.
