A message from Rohit Sharma to the India Under-19 team

A few photos of Rohit Sharma mingling with India’s under-19 players were released on Twitter by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).

Rohit Sharma, India’s new ODI, and T20I captain spent time with the country’s upcoming U19 cricketers at the National Cricket Academy in Bengaluru on Monday. The opening batsman, who is recovering from a hamstring injury at the NCA, spoke to India’s youth cricketers, who are at the academy for a pre-tournament training camp. Pictures of Rohit talking with young cricketers from the National Cricket Academy (NCA) were released on Twitter by India’s Board of Control for Cricket (BCCI).

India’s white-ball skipper, @ImRo45, used his recuperation time well as he addressed India’s U19 squad at the NCA in Bengaluru during their preparatory camp, tweeted BCCI. “Priceless lessons”

Yash Dhull, an Indian U19 cricketer, has previously shared a picture of himself and Rohit together.

Rohit was forced to withdraw from the South African Test series due to a hamstring issue. India A player Priyank Panchal, who was already in South Africa, was called up to replace him as a member of the squad.

India’s white-ball captaincy has been handed over to Rohit Sharma.

The Indian red-ball side, led by Virat Kohli, is in Johannesburg, South Africa, for a three-match Test series against the Proteas.

The Test series between India and South Africa will begin on December 26.
