Physiotherapist IPL has been praised by Shastri.

A match between CSK and KKR will kick off IPL 2022 on March 26.

Ex-Team India head coach Ravi Shastri has stated that the Indian Premier League is one of the best “physios” in the world.

When it comes to getting injured players back in shape for the IPL, former India head coach Ravi Shastri called the league “one of the world’s greatest physiotherapists.” Shastri expressed what many within and outside of the cricket community believe in his own unique style. According to Shastri, who spoke at a press conference hosted by Star Sports, the official broadcaster of IPL 2022, “IPL is one of the world’s finest leagues and it is equally a world-class physiotherapy league,” he said.

Chennai Super Kings and Kolkata Knight Riders will face off in the opening game of the 15th Indian Premier League (IPL) on Saturday at Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium.

After a seven-year break, Shastri is returning to the commentary box. His participation in the Hindi commentary team, which is something he has never done before, is a new experience for him.

For “a foolish provision that binds us,” Shastri, who served as India’s head coach until the T20 World Cup last year, couldn’t do commentary.

Gujarat Titans and Lucknow Super Giants have been added to the field for this year’s event, bringing the total number of participating teams to ten.

There will be three locations in Mumbai and one in Pune where the league stage matches will be held.

To learn how the red soil pitches react, he said, “all three pitches (at Mumbai venues) are red soil pitches.” According to him, the pitches in Mumbai will all be similar.

Shastri and Suresh Raina will join the Star Sports commentary team for the 2018 Indian Premier League.

At Chennai Super Kings, where southpaw Ravindra Jadeja has established himself as one of the best players in the IPL, Raina believes that top all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja might be the next MS Dhoni.

When it comes to cricket, Rayudu, DJ Bravo, Jadeja, and Uthappa all have a lot to offer. When asked if young players with high price tags placed them under more pressure, both Shastri and Raina said yes.

“It’s critical to put money aside, return to the fundamentals, and start over from scratch, but this is easier said than done. You must, however, start from the beginning and pay close attention to the smallest of details. An intelligent captain would allow him to handle the pressure, which he clearly can “Shastri made the statement.

Raina commented, “Especially for high-priced young players, it’s critical. He needs to keep his feet firmly on the ground and keep his mind only on the task at hand.”
