King Khan (R) and Prince Singh (L): Rinku Singh

When asked about his conversation with Shah Rukh Khan after his last-over heroics against Gujarat Titans in IPL 2023, Rinku Singh said they had a pleasant chat.

With his five sixes off five balls, Rinku Singh propelled the Kolkata Knight Riders to a victory over the defending champions, the Gujarat Titans, in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023. Following his heroics at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, Rinku said he received a special phone call from team owner Shah Rukh Khan, who made a beautiful promise to the player.

After that, “Sir” (Shah Rukh Khan) phoned me. He was referring to my marital status. When SRK’s fans invite him to their weddings, he says, “I don’t go.” According to what Rinku said to Jio Cinema, “I will come to your wedding to dance.”

KKR beat Royal Challengers Bangalore by 21 runs because of Jason Roy’s blazing fifty and the spin bowling of Varun Chakravarthy and Suyash Sharma.

With his 54 off of 37 balls, Virat Kohli alone displayed some fighting spirit. The KKR spinner was crucial to the victory. Impact player Suyash took two wickets, and Varun took three. Andre Russell, who plays multiple positions, collected two wickets.

Bangalore, needing to score 201 runs to win, attempted to start their run chase with a bang. Faf du Plessis, a dependable batsman for the RCB, racked up fast runs by smashing three fours and two sixes in only two overs.

Rinku Singh was aware of his part, shifted into third gear, and launched a one-six-two-four assault on Siraj. Andre Russell was dismissed by Siraj in the same over.

KKR scored 200/5 with an unbroken pair of Rinku (18) and David Wiese (12). The final over had two sixes from Wiese.
