Camp practice begins on August 16.

Either August 29 or 30, the women’s team will leave for Australia from Bengaluru when they will be quarantined for two weeks.

Players from the prior limited-overs home series against South Africa in March will also feature in the camp.

While conditioning and match simulation are the main priorities of the camp, it is also possible that intra-squad pink-ball matches will be conducted in order to prepare the team for the upcoming Test.

The one-off Test against England helped India, but the team’s losses in the ODI and T20I formats against the three Lions effectively destroyed the country’s hopes in the One Day International and Twenty20 International (ODI/T20I) formats.
