Djokovic’s medical exemption has been called into question by Warned.

Earlier this week, Djokovic had won his appeal on procedural grounds in the court of law.

His visa was reinstated after a judge overturned the border officer’s decision to cancel it.

Earlier this week, tennis legend Shane Warne overturned a border officer’s decision to reject his visa on procedural grounds and expressed his disappointment.

Shane Warne, the legendary cricketer, said he was “embarrassed” by the drama surrounding Novak Djokovic’s entry to Australia and asked for answers to basic questions like whether the Serbian tennis star attended public events despite having a COVID-19 infection and who exactly gave him the medical exemption. On the heels of a medical exemption granted by Tennis Australia, world number one Novak Djokovic arrived in Melbourne unvaccinated for COVID-19. He is aiming for a record 21st Grand Slam championship at the Australian Open.

He was arrested when his visa was revoked at the airport upon his arrival. Despite the legal struggle, it was reactivated and he was spotted at Melbourne Park on Monday for a practice session.

Because he recently tested positive for the virus, Novak Djokovic said he didn’t require the vaccine. Images of him at public engagements, while he was unwell, sparked outrage and protests.

“Does this information hold water? Because of all the conflicting information I’ve gleaned from the many sources regarding this complex and unpleasant tale. Novak was tested positive for covid on Dec. 16 and attended a public event that contained minors on Dec. 17. Didn’t travel for 14 days before landing in Australia, yet on January 2 had traveled to Spain? “Warne was the one who sent the tweet.

Victoria-born spinner Shane Warne represented Australia in 145 Tests and became one of the most successful spinners of all time, with 708 wickets. Inquiring minds want to know who approved Djokovic’s medical exemption.

“Was Novak granted a medical exemption? Then who did he get it from, and have they been identified? What was the reason for this exclusion? Because I’m embarrassed as a Victorian, I’m trying to gather the facts. What’s going on in Victoria? We’d like someone to explain things to us in simple English, please “The second of Warne’s tweets read:

Even as Rafael Nadal claimed that Novak Djokovic made a deliberate choice with repercussions, top players like Andy Murray and Australia’s own Nick Kygios expressed sympathy for the Serbian tennis star.

As Djokovic has declared, he is “against vaccination” and “wouldn’t want to be compelled by anyone” to have it in order to travel or participate in sports activities.
