In addition to Sachin Tendulkar and Yuvraj Singh, Ajit Agarkar was spotted out to lunch on Tuesday.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Tuesday named Ajit Agarkar, a former India all-rounder, as the national team’s head selector. played in 62 T20 games, 110 first-class games, 270 List A games, and 26 Test games for their country. He used to be a fast bowler for India and was there when they won the first T20 World Cup in 2007. That tournament was played in South Africa. In 2000, he hit fifty against Zimbabwe in 21 balls, which is still the quickest fifty by an Indian hitter in one-day internationals.

Agarkar was seen eating lunch with Yuvraj Singh and Sachin Tendulkar on Tuesday. Friendship and good food are two of the things that keep us connected. We had a great lunch together with this group. In an Instagram post, Sachin Tendulkar tagged the photo with the hashtags “#london #lunch #friends.”

“I just wanted to say hello and goodbye to you guys!” Blessed you! West Indies legend Brian Lara said of the photo, “My golfing buddies enjoy.”

After retiring from cricket, Agarkar embarked on coaching roles with the Delhi Capitals and the senior Mumbai Team. Since Mr. Agarkar has played more Test matches than anybody else, the committee thinks he would make a good chair of the Men’s Selection Committee.

Ajit Agarkar (Chair), Shiv Sundar Das, Subroto Banerjee, Salil Ankola, and Sridharan Sharath make up the male selection panel.
