Sachin Tendulkar made light of Henry Nicholls’ dismissal by joking that in “gully cricket,” the non-striker batter would have been declared out of the batting order.

Leach’s half-volley sailed straight for Henry Nicholls at the non-end, the striker’s hit the bat of Daryl Mitchell and ended up in the hands of Alex Lees in the mid-off zone. Even though the entire England squad shouted in glee at the golden wicket, the sad dismissal also gave netizens a good laugh.
Sachin Tendulkar, a former Indian cricketer, was also among many who took to social media to share their thoughts on the film. The non-striker batsman would have been pronounced out instead of the batter on strike, Tendulkar joked when asked about the dismissal.
