Ravindra Jadeja did come up with a recommendation to MS Dhoni after the Chennai Super Kings skipper saw him make his debut with the Sword of the All-Rounder
India’s all-round Ravindra Jadeja has been very involved on social media after many players and support personnel checked positively inside the bio-safe Bubble last month were postponed in the 14th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL). Jadeja, a Chennai Super King (CSK) player in the IPL, shared his pictures with his horses and gave his fans a glimpse of his preparations for the next Champions League Competition finals as well as the England Test Match in the UK. On Sunday, CSK took the video to Instagram where their skipper MS Dhoni tried the signature sword-pushing gesture of Jadeja.
Soon after CSK uploaded the video, the whole rounder gave his captain a suggestion. “Try the bat,” Jadeja wrote in the section of comments.
Jadeja introduced his fans to his “22 acres entertainer” – his horse on Saturday.
The 32-year-old lefty hitter was picked for the WTC Final and the five-game Champions trophy towards England in the 18-man team on May 8.
Jadeja would have to sit toward England in the whole home range (4 tests, 3 ODIs, and 5 T20Is) earlier this year because of an incident in Australia in the third match.
During IPL 2021 the all-rounder returned to competitive cricket and made a significant contribution also with batting and bowling.
In the seven games in the now postponed T20 tournament, Jadeja has scored 131 runs at strike rates above 161 and also raised six wickets at much less than 7 runs a day.
