On the second day of the third Test between India and South Africa, Virat Kohli made his 100th Test catch by diving to take out Temba Bavuma.

On the second day of the third Test match between India and South Africa in Cape Town, Virat Kohli caught his 100th wicket in Test cricket. Temba Bavuma was dismissed in the 56th over with a spectacular catch by the wicketkeeper. Bavuma outside edged Mohammed Shami’s delivery towards the slip cordon on the second delivery of the over. Petersen’s half-century helped the Proteas reach their target of 210 runs. In his 166 at-bats, he scored 72 runs, with nine fours to his credit.

A major drop-off in production occurred after Keegan’s departure. South Africa was bowled out for 210 in response to India’s first innings total of 223.

India’s second-inning openers, Mayank Agarwal and KL Rahul were once again early casualties for the hosts. The visitors will be looking to gain momentum and extend their lead. After scoring a half-century in the first innings, Kohli in particular will be looking to continue his good form.
